This was a page in my Stillman & Birn Delta sketchbook that I had started using a GelliArts printing plate and stencils. I didn’t like it, and left it for the longest time. Then the other day, I had some left over acrylic paint to use up.
I started applying it at random, but rapidly saw some skyscrapers appearing. It wasn’t long before I realized I was in the middle of a collapsing city. Obviously, this was a scene from a disaster movie!
This is how my brain works. All. The. Time.
